How can you distinguish between good and bad exercises without having some basic knowledge of how your body works? There are hundreds of harmful exercises out there.

stage 2 - exercises
There are four levels whose purpose is to learn how to activate the target mauscles. The first level contains the easiest exercises, while the fourth level contains the most demanding exercises.

stage 3 - training plans
The third part contains eight levels of cycle or circuit training. The first two levels are the easiest and intended for beginners with little or no experience in exercising. In the third, fourth and fifth levels, the exercises are more demanding and intended for more experienced individuals. Finally, sixth, seventh and eight level are intended for high level recreational and some professional athletes.
